Pick-up
For Airport Transfers:
You will be contacted by your driver 1 day prior to arrival to confirm pickup details for your ski shuttle. Any delay greater than 1 hour from the originally scheduled booking time is subject to an additional charge of $35/hour. No exceptions.
For Full Day Experiences:
Jokady Tours offers pickup / drop-off service at hotels, Airbnb and private addresses. If your are located outside of our main pickup service are, you will be asked to meet at a more central location.
As a courtesy to others on the tour, we ask that our guests be ready 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup times.
Any delay of more than 15 minutes in meeting the driver at the agreed pickup location will be considered a no-show.
Tasting fees
All tasting fees are included based on the package selected. (hydration, ice cream & lunch).
Payment
All bookings are considered “reserved” with collection of deposit. Deposit payments can be via our online booking system and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Upon booking, a 50% deposit will be applied to confirm your reservation. Any reservation cancelled 7 days or greater from the reservation date will be fully refunded. Within 7 days of your reservation, all bookings are considered final and you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation and no refund will be issued.
The balance will be collected directly from your tour guide at the pickup of your Jokady Tour, suggested gratuity is 15%.
Liability
Jokady Tours makes every effort to provide on time service for all tour packages pickups. While we do our best, factors out of our control such as weather, traffic, accidents, road closures etc. Can cause delays. Jokady Tour will not be held liable for any delays due to these factors.
Delayed / cancelled flights: Jokady Tours will not be responsible for travel delays resulting from airlines, flight cancellations or any issues around flights that result in a guest missing a tour.
Jokady Tours, partner restaurants etc… reserve the right to refuse to any guests disrupting the tour service for others. This includes unruly behaviour and/or inebriation. Disruptive guests will be asked to leave the tour and separate transportation will be arranged at the guest’s expense. A refund will not be provided for any guest(s) asked to leave the tour.
Jokady Tours, our agents, representatives, employees etc., shall be held harmless and not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of any kind whatsoever. By making a reservation with Jokady Tours, you agree to these terms.
Photo Policy
Our tours are ton of fun! Many of our guests enjoy taking photos throughout the day to document the experience! Our guides are always available and ready to offer hepl, snapping as many photos as you’d like. At the start of each tour, your guide will offer this service. We respect all our guests privacy and if this is something you’d rather handle yourself, please let your guide know. No pictures will ever be taken or shared without permission!
Code of Conduct
Jokady Tours is committed to offering our guests an unparalleled tour and tasting experience. Your guide will foster a positive and fun atmosphere as you make your way through the day. To ensure a positive experience is had by all, we ask that all our guests follow our code of conduct.
Alcohol
Is not to be opened or consumed in tour vehicles. Food and drinks are not permitted in tour vehicles with the exception of bottled water. Smoking / Vaping is not permitted in tour vehicles. Any spills, excessive damage / mess to tour vehicles will result in a $500 fee charged to the cardholder that made the reservation.
Pet Policy.
We love all four legged friends, however due to allergy sensitivities and cleaning protocols, pets are not permitted in tour vehicles.
Items Left in Tour Vehicles.
Before leaving the vehicle, please double-check that you have all your personal belongings and any items you’ve purchased during the day with you.
Jokady Tours will not be responsible for items left in our vehicles once you have been dropped off.
